Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting (AGM) of THE ALBERT COUNTY CHAMBER OF COMMERCE will be held on Monday, May 31, 2021, at 6:30-7:30 p.m. Due to ongoing COVID concerns, the AGM will be held virtually. The AGM is being held for the purpose of:
- ratifying all acts of the Board of Directors since the last annual meeting;
- considering the unaudited financial statements for the years 2020 and 2019;
- electing Directors and Board Members;
- transacting such further and other business as may properly come before the meeting or any adjournment thereof.
