Workplace communication takes authenticity and thoughtfulness - it means considering the impact of our chosen communication method and approach on our receiver. This course focuses on the critical skills for communicating with effectiveness and purpose in the workplace. Participants will assess strategies to improve the clarity, timeliness and impact of their communication.
