The goal of this rally is to show the youth of our community that we all stand united against bullying. This is not a protest. This is a town of amazing people coming together in solidarity.
We hope to have representatives from the council, RCMP, school board and other organizations that provide support to youth. We will be speaking about what bullying is and its devastating impacts on mental health. As well we will be communicating more information on the amazing Riverview youth committee the town has implemented.
The goal is to ensure our kids are well supported with a safe learning environment, have better access to resources dealing with mental health and more.
We would love for everyone to come out and show we stand behind our community members. This is meant to be a very positive event and we would appreciate everyone maintain a positive productive mood.
