Opportunity: Love for Local promoting NB businesses

From July 15 to September 30, 5 ambassadors will tour the province to feature 2022 local businesses from all sectors. Building on the success of last year’s tour, the live, daily social media campaign is adding to its ever-growing list of local businesses to showcase and support, this time with more people on board.

Using electric vehicles, the ambassadors are tasked to meet local business owners and capture the unique experience each has to offer through the work they do.

ONB reveals 5-year strategic plan

Opportunities New Brunswick has revealed their 5-year plan – Connect, Grow, Prosper – and has made details available on their website.

Building on the success of their previous Closing the Gap strategy, the plan will help ONB serve as a catalyst for business investment, growth, and prosperity well into the future.

They have outlined three strategic priorities:

1.Accelerate Investment & Growth

       2.Attract and retain skilled newcomers

       3.Drive a High-Performance Ecosystem

To achieve our objectives, they have embraced three strategic filters — competitiveness, sustainability, and partnerships — which will help guide them, prioritize their work, and best leverage their resources.
